This cartoon is a parody of a popular TV ad.It was for a bank offering services on weekends and it featured someone calling the helpdesk of his bank on a weekend and finding no one but the rude night watchman answering his call with the phrase "This is the night watch" —and then a voice would invite viewer to choose the other bank that worked on weekends.
About this cartoon,personally,I liked the way to feature Batman without actually showing him in the drawing.

Este cartón es una parodia de un anuncio popular de TV.Era el anuncio de un banco ofreciendo servicio los fines de semana y presentaba a alguien llamando al depto. de atención al cliente de su banco sin encontrar a nadie mas que al velador grosero contestando su llamada con la frase "Aquí es vigilancia" —y ya luego entraba una voz invitando al público a cambiarse al banco que sí trabajaba los fines de semana.
En lo personal,me gustó de este cartón el modo de presentar a Batman sin tener que plasmarlo directamente en el dibujo.
