These super-heroes are at the Angel de la Independencia (Angel of Independence) —that's the statue in the tower in the background.This golden statue is a symbol of Mexico City the same as the Statue of Liberty is for New York.And for that reason,whenever a Mexican sports team wins an important game,lots of people gather there to celebrate.
Toros Neza,or more exactly,Los Toros de Ciudad Neza [The Bulls of Neza City] was a small soccer team that disappeared in 2000.But in the '90s it was a popular underdog team.
Onslaught was the main villain in the crossover of the same name.At the end of that storyline,the Avengers defeated him but were apparently dead.In the original comics,the other heroes mourned them,they didn't took the credit of that victory.Anyway,it's a typical Mexican conduct to say «We won» when a sports team wins,and to say «They lost» when the contrary happens.
Reforma Avenue is where the Angel de la Independencia is located (it actually is an avenue that crosses almost all Mexico City from East to West).There are a lot of stores,business buildings and hotels in said avenue,so it's an easy target for teenage vandals who like to spray paint walls and break windows during political demonstrations.

Estos superhéroes se encuentran en el Angel de la Independencia —la estatua sobre la torre que se ve al fondo.Dicha estatua dorada simboliza a la Ciudad de México del mismo modo en que la Estatua de la Libertad simboliza a Nueva York.Y por tal razón,toda vez que un equipo deportivo mexicano gana algún juego importante,mucha gente se reune ahí para celebrar.
Toros Neza,o más exactamente,Los Toros de Ciudad Neza,fue un pequeño equipo de soccer que desapareció en el 2000.Pero durante los 90's fue un popular equipo que ascendió de 2ª a 1ª división.
Onslaught fue el villano principal de el crossover del mismo nombre.Al final de esa historia,los Avengers lo derrotaron pero aparentemente murieron.En los comics originales,los otros héroes los echaron de menos,no se adjudicaron el crédito de dicha victoria.En todo caso,una típica conducta mexicana es la de decir «ganamos» cuando un equipo deportivo gana,y decir «perdieron» cuando pasa lo contrario.
Avenida Reforma es donde se localiza el Angel de la Independencia (de hecho,es una avenida que atravieza casi toda la Ciudad de México de este a oeste).Ahí hay muchas iendas,edificios empresariales y hoteles,así que es un blanco fácil para los adolescentes vándalos que gustan de pintar muros con spray y romper ventanas durante manifestaciones políticas.
