It was right after I drew this cartoon that I decided that I wouldn't stop until reaching number 100.
The letters in the first Sentinel armband stand for Policía Judicial (Judicial Police).
Tehuacan is a zone in the state of Puebla where there are some natural fountains of mineral water.That water,after being processed into sparkling water,is also known as tehuacan.And the most popular tehuacan is that of the Peñafiel brand.
Now,a tehuacanazo (tehuacan shot) is a torture technique used by many brutal policemen.Basicly,they take a bottle of tehuacan and shake it a lot,and then quickly put it against your nostrils so the pressure of the bubbles doesn't lets you breathe for a painful moment.
The 2nd Sentinel is killing Son Goku because back in the '90s most of the Dragon Ball merchandise was available only with sidewalk vendors —and of course,not many of them had a license for selling things in the streets.
Batman is scolding Spider-man with a passive-agressive Mexican cliche.By saying that the country is not progressing because of Spidey's situation,Batman's denying his own responsability in their mutual problems.
Back in the '90s,a lot of foreigners affiliated with non-governmental organizations
got interested in Mexican politics,and visited the country saying they were only international observers.Then some of them began using the international media for exposing Mexican corruption in many of the poorest zones of the country.Of course,the government didn't like that and so it started deporting the foreigners under the excuse of applying the article number 33 of Mexican constitution (that article allows the government to legally deport any foreigners without any explanations).

Fue justo después de que terminé de dibujar este cartón,que decidí que no me detendría hasta llegar al número 100.
Las letras en la banda del primer Sentinel corresponden a Policía Judicial.
Tehuacan es una zona en el estado de Puebla donde hay unas fuentes naturales de agua mineral.Dicha agua,tras ser procesada como soda,es también conocida como tehuacan.Y el tehuacan más popular es de la marca Peñafiel.
Ahora bien,el tehuacanazo es una técnica de tortura usada por muchos policías brutales.Básicamente,agarran una botella de tehuacan y la agitan mucho,y luego rápidamente se la ponen a uno contra las fosas nasales para que la presión de las burbujas no lo dejen a uno respirar por un doloroso instante.
El 2º Sentinel está matando a Son Goku debido a que en los 90's mucha de la mercancía de Dragon Ball sólo se conseguía entre vendedores ambulantes —y por supuesto,muchos de esos no tenían licencia para vender cosas en la calle.
Batman está regañando a Spider-man con una muletilla mexicana del tipo pasivo-agresivo.Al decir que el país no progresa por la situación de Spider-man,Batman está negando su propia responsabilidad en sus predicamentos mutuos.
En los 90's,muchos extranjeros afiliados a organizaciones no-gubernamentales se interesaron en la política mexicana,y visitaron el país diciendo ser sólo observadores internacionales.Luego algunos empezaron a usar los medios internacionales para denunciar la corrupción mexicana en muchas de las zonas más pobres del país.Por supuesto,al gobierno ya no le gustó eso y procedió a deportar a los extranjeros bajo la excusa de aplicar el artículo número 33 de la constitución mexicana (ese artículo le permite al gobierno deportar legalmente a cualquier extranjero sin dar ninguna explicación).
